Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will send you replacement or 100% refund. 

 Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the purchase date 

  • If you choose a refund, we will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost.

 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team on our Contacts page with your name, email, and order number to request a return/exchange authorization or any other concern
  • Provide a brief explanation of the reason for the return/exchange.
  •  Once your request is received, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).
